Veamos qu\u00e9 no dicen esos anuncios y por qu\u00e9 importa si lo que usted necesita es atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica real y constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lo que Dicen los Comerciales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los anuncios de Medicare Advantage generalmente prometen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Primas mensuales de $0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dentista, \u00f3ptica y audici\u00f3n gratis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beneficios sin receta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comidas a domicilio o membres\u00edas de gimnasio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cDinero extra en su cheque del Seguro Social\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero estos beneficios pueden ser enga\u00f1osos. Solo est\u00e1n disponibles en ciertos planes de ciertas \u00e1reas\u2014y muchas de las veces con condiciones que no mencionan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lo que No Dicen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>A\u00fan Pagas la Parte B de Medicare<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque hablen de $0 primas, igual tienes que pagar la Parte B de Medicare ($174.70\/mes en 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Redes de Proveedores Limitadas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A diferencia de Medicare Tradicional, estos planes tienen redes restringidas.
